NodeLighthouse

Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-07-08

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of NodeLighthouse's website, dashboard, API, and proxy gateway (together, the "Service"), operated by NodeLighthouse ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

NodeLighthouse is a reseller of residential and static-ISP proxy access. We provide a gateway, API, and dashboard for provisioning, monitoring, and paying for that access. Underlying network capacity is sourced from third-party upstream providers; we do not operate the residential IP network ourselves.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account and API keys.
  • Keep your password and API keys confidential. Notify us immediately at support@nodelighthouse.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One account per individual or legal entity unless we approve otherwise in writing.

3. Plans, billing & payment

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance, in the amount and for the bandwidth/IP allocation shown at checkout.
  • Card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as our merchant of record and reseller — your card statement and receipt will show Paddle, and Paddle's terms and refund policy apply to that transaction. We also accept cryptocurrency (via our self-hosted BTCPay Server, or NOWPayments as a fallback). We do not store your full payment credentials — payment processing is handled by these providers.
  • Bandwidth and IP allocations do not roll over between billing periods unless stated otherwise on your plan.
  • Prices may change; we will provide reasonable notice before a change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
  • Fees are non-refundable once bandwidth has been consumed. We may issue discretionary refunds or credits for verified service failures on our part.
  • Non-payment or a reversed/disputed payment may result in immediate suspension of service.

4. Acceptable use & verification

Use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Business and static-ISP tiers require identity verification (KYC) before provisioning, and we may request verification for any account where usage suggests a risk of abuse.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service depends in part on third-party upstream network providers outside our direct control. We are not liable for outages, degraded performance, or IP-block rates caused by upstream network conditions or by third-party sites' anti-automation measures.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, suspected fraud, or a legal requirement to do so. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8–11) survive.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by NodeLighthouse or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose — nothing more.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NodeLighthouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NodeLighthouse harmless from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
